What this tool does

PDFOrganize rearranges the pages of a PDF on this device: drag to reorder, delete or extract a selection, duplicate pages, insert a blank page, or pull pages in from another PDF, then download the new file.

How to use it

  1. Choose a PDF, or drop it on the box. Small page thumbnails appear as they are drawn.

  2. Drag pages into the order you want, or use Up and Down on a phone. Click pages to select them (Shift-click for a range).

  3. Delete, Duplicate or Extract the selection, insert a blank page, or insert pages from a second PDF.

  4. Press Organize PDF and download the file ending in -organized.pdf. Nothing is uploaded.

Common uses

A long scan often has a blank sheet in the middle, a cover that belongs at the end, or a chapter that was scanned out of order. Portals for visas, loans, university admissions and tax returns expect pages in a fixed order and often reject a file that is too long or has the wrong pages. Reordering in a desktop PDF app is fine when you have one; many people only have a phone browser and a file that should never leave the device.

This page rebuilds the PDF from a page plan you edit on screen. Pages are copied as they are, so text stays selectable, images keep their quality, and links that still point at kept pages continue to work. Metadata such as title and author is carried over. Bookmarks that pointed at removed pages are not rebuilt, which matches what most page-copy tools do.

Remove Pages and Extract Pages are the same engine with the matching steps highlighted. Remove Pages is for dropping blank or wrong sheets; Extract Pages is for pulling a short attachment out of a long packet. Organize PDF covers both, plus insert blank and insert from another file when you need to build a packet from more than one source.

Speed stays local. The PDF engine (pdf-lib) loads in the background while the page is idle and runs in a worker, so the tab stays responsive. Thumbnails are drawn only for pages you scroll near, which keeps a 100-page file usable on a phone. A typical few dozen pages finish well under a second after you press Organize PDF.

Private, and the limits

The PDF stays on your device. It is read and rebuilt in this tab, and the new file is handed to your browser as a download. Nothing is uploaded, there is no account and no watermark, which matters for contracts, bank statements, medical reports and ID packs.

A digital signature stops verifying after any change to a signed PDF, page edits included, so keep the signed original if the signature matters. Password-protected PDFs need the password removed first with Unlock PDF.

FAQ

How do I reorder pages in a PDF?
Choose the PDF here, drag the thumbnails into the order you want (or use Up and Down), press Organize PDF and download the new file.
Is my PDF uploaded?
No. The pages are rearranged in your browser and the file never reaches a server. It works offline once the page has loaded.
How do I delete or remove pages from a PDF?
Select the pages, tap Delete, then Organize PDF. Or open Remove PDF pages, which highlights that path. You must leave at least one page.
How do I extract only some pages?
Select the pages and tap Extract selected to download just those pages. Extract PDF pages opens with that path ready.
Can I insert a blank page or pages from another PDF?
Yes. Use Blank before or Blank after for an empty page, or choose a second PDF and Insert pages at the start, end or before a chosen page.
Can I organize a password-protected PDF?
Remove the password you know with Unlock PDF first, then organize the unlocked copy. The password is not guessed.
