Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") is part of your agreement with Rayomi Private Limited ("we," "us," "our") for the TaskNinja service ("Service"). It describes the standards of conduct we expect from all users. Violation of this AUP may result in suspension or termination of your account and access to the Service.

1. Purpose and Scope

TaskNinja is a desk of free AI tools. This AUP applies to the public website and its tool APIs. By using the Service, you agree to comply with this AUP. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meaning given in our Terms of Service.

2. Lawful and Respectful Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the Service. You will not use the Service in any jurisdiction where such use would violate applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.

You may not use the Service to:

3.2 Harmful or Abusive Content

  • Transmit malware, viruses, ransomware, or any code or content designed to harm, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to systems or data.
  • Phish, spoof, or attempt to steal credentials or personal information.
  • Harass, bully, threaten, or intimidate any person or group.
  • Promote violence, self-harm, or discrimination based on protected characteristics.

3.3 Unauthorized Access and Interference

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other users' accounts, or any system, network, or data not intended for you.
  • Probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities without our prior authorization.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity, performance, or availability of the Service.
  • Use automated means (e.g. bots, scrapers) to access or use the Service in a manner that exceeds normal use or our documented APIs, unless we have expressly permitted it.

3.4 Spam and Unsolicited Communications

  • Send spam, unsolicited bulk or commercial messages, or communications that violate anti-spam or telemarketing laws.
  • Use the Service to send messages to people who have not consented to receive them or who have opted out.
  • Harvest or collect email addresses or other identifiers from the Service for the purpose of sending unsolicited communications.

3.5 Impersonation and Misrepresentation

Impersonate any person, organization, or brand (including TaskNinja or Rayomi Private Limited) or misrepresent your affiliation. Create accounts or use the Service under a false identity or with intent to deceive.

3.6 Intellectual Property and Third-Party Rights

Infringe any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or other intellectual property or proprietary right. Upload, post, or transmit content you do not have the right to use. Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.

3.7 Resale and Commercial Exploitation

Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service except as expressly permitted by your plan or a separate agreement with us. Use the Service to build a competing product or service.

3.8 Data and Privacy

Collect, process, or store personal data of others through the Service in violation of applicable data protection or privacy laws. Attempt to access, extract, or use data of other users or of the Service beyond what is intended for your account and use.

4. Content You Provide

You are responsible for all content you upload, post, transmit, or store through the Service ("User Content"). You represent that you have all rights necessary to provide such content and that it does not violate this AUP or any applicable law. We may remove or disable access to User Content that we reasonably believe violates this AUP or our Terms of Service, without prior notice where appropriate.

5. Our Rights

We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations, remove or disable access to content that violates this AUP, suspend or terminate accounts that violate this AUP or pose a risk, report illegal activity to law enforcement, and update this AUP from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated AUP.
