This page explains what Rayomi Private Limited (“we”) does with information on taskninja.ai. The site is a set of free tools. You do not need an account.

Files that stay in your browser

Compress PDF, JPG to PDF, merge and split PDF, resize photo, and the QR code tool run in your browser. The PDF, photo, or text you type into the QR tool is not uploaded to our server. We do not receive those files and we do not store them. When you close the tab, that working copy is gone unless you downloaded it.

Text and photos sent for a writing tool

Writing tools — a society notice, a WhatsApp rewrite, a reply, study cards, a resume, meeting notes, an invoice table, a price checklist, a shop caption, a terms summary, and lease dates — send the text you paste to our server so a result can be written. If you attach a photo on the invoice tool or the shop caption, that image is uploaded too.

When an AI key is configured, that content is sent to an AI provider through an OpenAI-compatible API. The default provider host in the software is Google’s Gemini API. We use it to produce the result you asked for. We do not use your text to train a model of our own. If no key is configured, the page returns a built-in sample and the provider is not called.

Do not paste passwords, OTPs, or identity numbers you do not need for the result.

Daily limit

Writing tools share a daily free limit. We store a count of runs against a hash of your IP address in Cloudflare KV, a key-value store on Cloudflare. The count expires after that UTC day. It is not an account and it is not a profile of what you wrote. PDF, photo, and QR tools do not use this limit. If KV is not available, the same count is kept in memory for that server process only.

Ads

Tool pages include spaces for ads. They stay empty until an ad client id is configured. When ads are turned on, a partner such as Google AdSense may set cookies and use data under its own policy to show and measure ads. We will show ads to keep the free tools available. Until that id is set, production pages do not load an ad.

Waitlist and email

If you join the Pro waitlist, we receive the email address and the plan you picked. It is forwarded to a webhook only when one is configured. Otherwise it is not a durable mailing list. Pro is not billed yet. Emails you send to support@taskninja.ai are read by us so we can reply.

What the browser stores

Light or dark mode is stored in your browser’s local storage. Our host, Cloudflare, may log the IP address, the time, and the URL of a request, the way a website host does. We do not run a database of past tool runs.

Cookies

The tools themselves do not require a login cookie. If ads are enabled later, the ad partner may use cookies. You can block cookies in your browser. The browser tools still run. A separate cookie note is on the site.

Children

The site is not for children. Do not paste a child’s personal information into a writing tool.
