This Privacy Policy explains what personal data TaskNinja processes when you use our control plane and agents, including Calling.
Who we are
TaskNinja is operated by Rayomi Private Limited. We provide AI agents and a control plane for organisations.

What we collect
What we collect depends on the features you use:

Sensitive data
We do not intentionally collect special-category personal data unless you place it in connected content or call recordings. Avoid doing so unless necessary for your use of the service.
Why we use data
We use personal data to provide, secure, and improve TaskNinja; authenticate users and enforce organisation isolation; run agents you enable; bill usage; prevent abuse; comply with law; and respond to support you initiate.
We do not sell personal data. We do not use your content to train third-party foundation models by default.
Lawful bases
Where applicable (including under GDPR and India’s DPDP Act), we rely on contract (to provide the service), legitimate interests (security and product improvement with safeguards), consent (non-essential cookies and some connects), and legal obligation.
Retention
We keep account and organisation data while the account is active. Call recordings, transcripts, and connected content follow product settings and legal requirements. We delete or anonymise data when it is no longer needed for those purposes.
Security
We use access control, tenant isolation, encryption in transit, and careful logging. No method is perfect. Report security issues to privacy@taskninja.ai.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection, and you may withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. You may also complain to a supervisory authority.
Email privacy@taskninja.ai. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.
International transfers
We primarily operate infrastructure in India (ap-south-1). Some subprocessors may process data in other regions. Where required, we use appropriate transfer safeguards.
Children
TaskNinja is not directed at children under 16 (or a higher age required by local law). We do not knowingly create accounts for them.
Changes
We may update this policy as the product changes. The “Last updated” date above will change when we do. Material changes will be notified in-app or by email when accounts exist.
