Terms of Service
These Terms govern your access to and use of TaskNinja, including the control plane and Calling agent. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
Service
TaskNinja provides AI agent products and a control plane for organisations. Available features depend on what you enable and any paid entitlements for specific agents (for example, Calling).
Accounts
You must provide accurate registration information, keep access secure, and are responsible for activity under your account and organisation. Organisation admins manage members, agents, and billing for that organisation.
Acceptable use
You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service, harm others, or violate these Terms or applicable law.
Customer content
You retain rights to content you provide or connect. You grant Rayomi Private Limited a limited licence to host and process that content solely to provide the service you request, as described in the Privacy Policy.
AI output
Agent replies, drafts, and suggestions can be wrong or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing outbound actions (including calls and transfers) and for configuring agents responsibly for your organisation.
Plans and payment
The control plane is free. Individual agents may require a trial or paid subscription. Fees, included usage (such as Calling minutes), and any additional minute packs are those you agree to at subscribe or checkout time — not informal figures on marketing pages.
Unless stated otherwise at checkout, prices are in Indian rupees (₹). Failure to pay may result in suspension of the paid agent.
Availability
We aim for continuous service and prefer rolling updates. We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime. Planned maintenance will be communicated when practical.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement where disclaimer is allowed.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rayomi Private Limited’s total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us for the agent entitlements giving rise to the claim in the three (3) months before the event. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (including for fraud or wilful misconduct).
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections that cannot be waived.
Termination
You may stop using the service and request account deletion subject to the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate for breach, unpaid fees, abuse, or legal risk.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified when accounts exist. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
