These terms cover your use of TaskNinja at taskninja.ai, operated by Rayomi Private Limited. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

The tools

PDF, photo, and QR tools run in your browser. Those files are not uploaded. Writing tools send the text you paste, and a photo if you attach one, so a result can be written. Outputs are drafts. They are not legal, tax, medical, financial, or employment advice. A compressed PDF, a resized photo, a date, a GST figure, or a rewritten sentence can be wrong. You check it before you submit, send, or file it.

Exam-form sizes shown as presets are common starting points, not official rules. The notification or portal you are uploading to is the rule that counts.

Free use and the daily limit

The tools are free. You do not need an account. Writing tools share a daily limit per IP address. That count is stored in Cloudflare KV and resets the next UTC day. PDF, photo, and QR tools do not use that limit. There is no watermark on a file you download from a browser tool.

Ads and Pro

The site is set up to show ads later, for example through Google AdSense, so the free tools can stay free. Ad spaces stay empty until an ad client id is configured. When ads are on, the ad partner’s terms apply to the ad. Pro is described on the site as a paid plan with a higher limit and no ads. Billing is not open. Joining the waitlist does not charge you and does not start a subscription.

Your content

You keep what you paste and the files you download. You allow us to process writing-tool text only to produce the result, enforce the daily limit, and keep the site working. Do not paste content you have no right to use. You are responsible for what you send on, including a message you copy into WhatsApp or a file you upload to a portal.

Acceptable use

Do not use the tools to break the law, to harass someone, to generate malware, or to scrape the site. Do not try to bypass the daily limit by abusing the service. The acceptable use note is part of these terms.

Availability

A tool can fail, return a sample when no AI key is set, or be removed. We do not promise that a file will hit a size cap, or that a portal will accept it. Very large files are limited by the memory of your browser.

Liability

The site is provided as is. To the extent Indian law allows, we are not liable for a decision you make from a draft or a download: a form you submit, a reply you send, a tax figure you file, or a date you put in a calendar. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
