Salary Calculator
CTC to monthly in-hand pay with PF, professional tax and income tax.
What this tool does
Salary Calculator turns the yearly CTC on your offer letter into the amount that reaches your bank account every month. It splits the CTC into basic, HRA and special allowance, takes out PF, gratuity, ESI, professional tax for your state and income tax for 2026-27, and shows whether the new or the old regime leaves you more.
How to use it
Type your yearly CTC, for example 12,00,000. Use the cost to company figure, not the monthly gross.
Pick the state you work in. It sets professional tax, which is ₹2,500 a year in Maharashtra and Karnataka and nothing in Delhi or Haryana.
Leave the new regime selected, or pick the old regime if you claim HRA, 80C and 80D. Under More options set the variable pay, the basic and HRA share, the PF rule and whether gratuity sits inside your CTC.
Tap Calculate in-hand salary. The monthly take-home appears first in large type, with gross pay, deductions, yearly tax, a line-by-line monthly and yearly table and a check of the other regime.
