From setup to a live call

Calling is TaskNinja’s first agent: a phone agent your team configures and runs. Here’s the path from blank workspace to answering real callers.

  1. 01

    Persona and voice

Write how the agent should sound — tone, languages, what it may promise. Pick a voice that fits your brand. Publish when the script is ready.

  2. 02

    Phone numbers

Attach the numbers customers dial. Those lines route to your org’s Calling agent so the right workspace answers.

  3. 03

    Hours and knowledge

Set when the agent is on. Add the facts it should use — policies, FAQs, product details — so answers stay grounded in what you approved.

  4. 04

    Test, then go live

Run a test call from the control plane before callers hit production. When you’re happy, leave it on and watch calls as they happen.

Operate with a clear picture

See who called, how long it ran, and how it ended. Transfer to a human when needed. Usage is counted in minutes so billing matches what actually happened on the line.

Inbound is available at launch. Outbound dialling uses the same agent in a later release.
