Acceptable Use Policy

You may not use TaskNinja to:

• Break the law or others’ rights (fraud, harassment, IP theft, unauthorized access)
• Send spam or deceptive communications via connected mail or calling
• Probe, scan, or attack our systems or other customers’ data
• Bypass usage limits, billing, or security controls
• Process illegal content or exploit minors
• Use agents for high-stakes automated decisions about people without required human oversight and lawful basis
• Resell or white-label the service except under a written agreement
• Upload malware or attempt to poison shared infrastructure

We may investigate, suspend, or report abuse. Organisation admins are expected to configure agents responsibly (limits, approvals, and tools).
