Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of TaskNinja at https://taskninja.ai, a website of free AI tools operated by Rayomi Private Limited ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them. If you don't, don't use the site.

1. The service

TaskNinja gives you small tools — for example rewriting a message, tailoring a resume, or turning notes into flashcards. Outputs are drafts. They are not legal, tax, medical, financial, or employment advice, and they are not a promise that a fact, a price, a date, or a GST figure is correct.

Free use is limited each day. The site may show ads. Pro (₹299 or ₹999 a month) is described on the site but is not open for payment. Joining the waitlist does not create a subscription and does not charge you.

2. Your content

You keep what you paste. You give us permission to process it only to run the tool, enforce limits, and keep the site secure. Don't paste content you have no right to use. You are responsible for what you send on, including a share card forwarded on WhatsApp.

3. Acceptable use

Don't use the tools to break the law, to harass someone, to generate malware, to cheat an exam in a way your institution forbids, or to scrape the site. The Acceptable Use Policy is part of these terms.

4. Ads and Pro

Ad slots may be filled by a third-party network once we configure it. Their terms apply to the ad itself. When Pro billing eventually opens, the refund policy on this site will govern charges. Until then, no paid plan exists.

5. Availability

The tools can fail, return a sample when no model key is set, or be withdrawn. We don't promise a particular uptime.

6. Liability

The site is provided as-is. To the extent Indian law allows, we are not liable for decisions you make from a draft — a reply you send, a resume you submit, a tax figure you file, or a date you put in a calendar. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
