Privacy Policy

TaskNinja is a website of free, specialised AI tools operated by Rayomi Private Limited ("we", "us"). This policy describes what the public site at https://taskninja.ai collects. It is written for visitors in India and applies to anyone who uses the site.

1. What this site is

You do not need an account. You paste text (and, on some tools, a photo) and receive a result on the page. Free use is rate-limited. Pages may show advertising. An optional Pro plan is on a waitlist and is not billed yet.

2. Information you give us

• Tool inputs. Text you type, and images you upload, are sent to our server so the tool can run. If an AI provider key is configured, that content is sent to the provider (an OpenAI-compatible API) to produce the result. If no key is configured, the site returns a built-in sample and does not call a model.
• Waitlist email. If you join the Pro list, we receive your email and the plan you picked. It is forwarded to a webhook only when we have configured one. Otherwise it is held in memory on that server and is not a durable mailing list.
• Messages you send us. Emails to support@taskninja.ai.

3. Information collected automatically

• Usage counter. We keep a short-lived count of free runs against your IP address so the daily limit can be enforced. That counter lives in the server's memory and resets each UTC day. It is not an account.
• Theme. Light or dark mode is stored in your browser's local storage.
• Logs. Our host may record IP address, time, and the URL requested, the way any website does.
• Ads. If an ad client id is configured, an advertising partner such as Google AdSense may set cookies and process data under its own policy. Until that id is set, the ad slots render nothing in production.

4. How we use it

We use tool inputs to generate the result you asked for, the IP counter to enforce the free limit, the waitlist email to tell you if Pro opens, and logs to keep the site up. We do not sell your tool inputs. We do not use them to train a model of our own.

5. How long it stays

The result is shown in your browser. We do not run a database of past runs. The in-memory rate limit and any in-memory waitlist entries disappear when the server process restarts. Logs follow our host's retention. If a waitlist webhook is configured, that system keeps the email under its own terms.

6. Sharing

We share data with the model provider when a run is live, with the ad partner when ads are enabled, with the waitlist webhook when it is set, and with our host. We also share information if the law requires it.

7. Your choices

Don't paste anything you wouldn't hand to a contractor. You can ignore the waitlist. You can block cookies in your browser; the tools still run, though the theme choice may not stick and ads, if enabled, may not measure. To ask about your data, email support@taskninja.ai.

8. Children

The desk is not for children. Don't paste a child's personal information into a tool.

9. Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date on this page.
